Refunds & Exchanges
The product must be sent back to us within 45 days of you receiving the product.
Restocking Fees
All returned products carry a 15% restocking fee. That is 15% of the original total sales price. These items qualify for a refund or exchange, less the restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs, when returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
***Custom Built wheels are NOT Eligible to be returned or exchanged.***

Most of our shipments may require a signature upon delivery to ensure items are received safely. If customer is unable to arrange for signature and your shipment is returned, the restocking fee policy shown above will apply. If you have questions or concerns about this, please call us prior to placing your order.
Return Procedure
- Contact Us at (281) 370-5700 to receive a Return Authorization # and return shipping address along with detailed return instructions.
- Clearly write and/or affix the Return Authorization# on the package and return to the address specified.
- Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or a Wheel Dealer Distributing error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you are returning your product using your own return shipping provider, please provide us with the tracking # so we can properly follow the shipping status of your return.
- Upon the receipt of your returned product, the manufacturer/vendor may take approximately 10-15 business days to issue Wheel Dealer Distributing your credit.
- After we receive credit for the successful return of your product, we will initiate the refund on the original method of payment. The order will be credited the purchase price, less restocking fees. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Refusing Delivery of your Order
If you choose to refuse delivery of your order after Wheel Dealer Distributing or one of its product partners has already fulfilled and shipped the product, you will still be responsible for restocking fees and return shipping related costs.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Wheel Dealer Distributing will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged product. To obtain the return shipping label, please follow the above return procedure. (Please keep in mind, certain defects such as minor scratches and scuffs to the backside of a wheel that is not visible after installation is normal and not considered defective as manufacturers do not fully finish this area of a wheel or protect it for transit in most cases.) Any damages or defects must be reported to us prior to installation and within 48 hours of receiving your products so that we can first determine the best course of action.
In cases where wheels or tires are deemed to be potentially "out of round" by an installer or customer, this needs to be validated using a Hunter Road Force balancing system. In situations such as this, the customer would need to provide us with a printout of a run-out test, the road-force number, and the lateral & horizontal variance. Unfortunately, laser balancing machines and / or a visual inspection of movement is not a valid or accurate assessment of a wheel or tire being defective.
Warranty Process
Wheel Dealer Distributing works with top quality brands and manufacturers. We try our best to work with partners that treat our customers like family. Periodically you may encounter a warranty issue related to your purchase. The determination of a warranty claim is 100% at the discretion of the manufacturer based upon their policies.
Under the circumstances your product does quality for a warranty replacement claim you are only eligible for a replacement of the same product or similar product of equal or lesser value than your original purchase.
** If you are purchasing chrome wheels please understand they are more susceptible to adverse chemical reactions that may cause pitting as due to contact with salt, road chemicals, improper cleaners, and brake dust. This type of damage is not covered by a manufacturers warranty. **
Wheel Dealer Distributing does not assume any responsibility related to their claims process. We do not cover shipping fees and various other expenses related installation, mounting, balancing and labor related costs of your shop.
Non-Returnable Products
Custom Built wheels are not returnable. In the case of manufacturer defect or our error, these items may be exchanged only, no refunds.
Holiday Returns
We extend the eligible return period from 30 to 60 days on orders placed between “Black Friday” (the Friday following Thanksgiving) and Dec 24th. All other standard return policies and procedures apply.
Wheel Fitment Policy
We cannot guarantee fitment on all vehicles due to unique factors with each vehicle that may include larger than stock tires, altered suspensions or orders that were not placed over the phone & not discussed with one of our Wheel & Tire specialists. We have fitment specialists standing by and will do our best to help you get it right, the first time. Additional Disclosures
Authorized items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued. It is highly recommended that all products be test fitted prior to installing as we cannot accept return of products that have been installed and therefore used.
Wheel Dealer Distributing cannot compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt of the items. Wheel Dealer Distributing must be notified of any incorrectly received products or shipping damage prior to installation and within 48 hours of receiving the products. If notified after installation, we cannot accept a return or exchange on any damaged or incorrectly received items. As with any vehicle part, we cannot account for variations in vehicles due to age or customization, occasionally minor modifications may be necessary to ensure correct fitment.
